(Just waking up from her nap)

Mommy: "Hello my sweet! Did you have a nice sleep?"

Bean: "Uh-huh."

Mommy: "Did you have any dreams?"

Bean: "Yeah! 'Bout ladybugs!"

Mommy: "Ladybugs? Were they flying around and kissing you with their wings?" (as I tickle her face and neck)

Bean: (putting her hand up in front of her as if she were trying to make a point) "MOM! Ladybugs only come from festibuls and carnibuls!"

Mommy: "Outta the way pipsqueak!" (as I try to put a DVD on for her)

Bean: "MOOOOOOMMMMMM!!! DON CALL ME DAT! I LANEY BEAN! I JUST A LIL' KATHRYN!"

Mommy: "Bean, thank you so much for doing that. You're such a good helper!"

Bean: " Izzz my pleazurrrre mommmmaaaaaa!"

Mommy: (seeing Bean squat near her toybox) "Laney, do you have to go poopy? Remember big girls go poopy on the potty."

Bean: "NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Mommy: (seeing Bean make "the poopy face") "Awww, Laney! You're suppose to go on the potty!"

Bean: (still squatting but now shrugging her shoulders with her hands up) "I sorry Mommy but I just can't."

Mommy: "Why?"

Bean: "I just run'd outta energy."
